Is there really a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a free trial. Your card isn't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Bring your own custom domain so members visit your community at your own web address, with your branding.
Do you replace our HOA management company?
No — Gather Commons handles the community experience (events, amenities, directory, communications) and the books behind it (ledger, budget, cash flow, year-end), and works alongside your property manager for the parts we do not do: accounts payable, payroll, and formal financial statements.
Can we collect dues and event payments?
Yes. Connect Stripe or Square and collect membership dues and event payments online — funds go directly to your community. You can also record cash and check payments.
Does the treasurer get anything?
Yes, and it is included rather than an add-on. Payments post to a ledger as they arrive, filed by account and fiscal year, with budgets, a cash flow projection, capital planning, year-end close, and a package of figures to hand your accountant at tax time.
Can we switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing settings and we'll prorate the difference.
